Harbor Road Entertainment is a creative-minded consulting company, with specialties in the entertainment industry, including screenwriting and creative consulting. We have decades of experience working with creative professionals, and are available to discuss any of your film, television, or other creative projects.

Miranda Sajdak

Company Founder

Miranda is a creative consultant, writer, and director based in Los Angeles. In 2019, she was a Ryan Murphy Half Initiative fellow, shadowing director Dan Minahan on Netflix series RATCHED. She won Go Into the Story‘s Quest Initiative in 2013 for a pitch for action-comedy feature MOTHERFUCKER-IN-LAW. She won The Next MacGyver contest in 2015, paired with mentor Clayton Krueger at Scott Free to develop original pilot RIVETING, about American women on the homefront in WWII. She won the Playstation Emerging Filmmakers Competition in 2017 for witness protection pilot TWO ROADS, released on PlayStation platforms in 2018. As a reader, she has done coverage for producers of films from indie hits like Drive to studio features like Final Destination, American Pie, Wonder, and Dora the Explorer, and television shows The Babysitters Club, Huge, and My So-Called Life, along with dozens of screenplay contests. She is known for her notes on DEI issues (diversity, ethics, and inclusion), specializing in the representation of women & the LGBTQ community. She founded Harbor Road Entertainment in 2015. She enjoys hard-hitting dramas, dark comedies, UK/Scandi-noir, and ’90s legal thrillers.
